摘要：近年來，隨著裝備制造業的發展，更多的客戶對冶金產品的要求也變得越來越高。所以，冶金設備也越來越向著高精度、大型化、連續化、自動化的方向發展，從而提高冶金產品的經濟效益水平和市場競爭力。這樣，就對冶金設備本身的管理與維修提出了更高的要求。
Abstract: In recent years, with the development of equipment manufacturing industry, customers' requirements on metallurgical product are becoming increasingly high. Therefore, more and more metallurgical equipments develop toward the direction of high-precision, large-scale, continuous and automated, thereby enhancing the economic level of metallurgical products and market competitiveness. Therefore, it proposes a higher requirement on the management and maintenance of the metallurgical equipment.

1 企業要積極培養和造就較高素質的維修隊伍
目前我國冶金設備的維修主要有兩種方式：一是由冶金設備的使用單位自行管理與維修，二是由外委的維修隊伍進行管理與維修。
企業要通過培訓從而強化維修工作人員的專業技能，推廣與使用先進的維修設備和維修工藝，全面的提高維修隊伍的專業維修水平。企業應每年對各工種進行專業的技能培訓，同時委派一些維修技術專家骨干外出參觀與學習，力求掌握先進的設備維修管理與保養技術。
