防爆型電磁脈沖閥

一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：

適用于爆炸性氣體和爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境的布袋除塵器，能滿(mǎn)足相應的防爆要求。DMF-Ex防爆型電磁脈沖閥是根據GB38361.20000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備第1部分:通用要求》、GB3836.9- 2006《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備第9部水洛封型"m"》、GB12476.1-2000《可燃性粉塵環(huán)境用電氣設備第1部分:用外殼和限制表面溫度保護的電氣設備》的規定，制成澆封型結構或防粉塵點(diǎn)燃型，其防爆標志為ExmbllT4/DIP A20TA,T4,適用于工廠(chǎng)存在或可能存在II類(lèi)，T1T4組可燃性氣體、蒸氣與空氣混合形成的爆炸危險1區或2區場(chǎng)所或者可燃性粉塵A型20區環(huán)境中。


二、安裝方法提示：

1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱（氣包）提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒(méi)式電磁脈沖閥時(shí)，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。

2、分氣箱的截面積和長(cháng)度決定儲氣容積，其容積應滿(mǎn)足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進(jìn)氣管內徑?jīng)Q定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應滿(mǎn)足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內使箱內氣體恢復至噴吹前壓力。

3、脈沖閥應安裝在分氣箱的上部或側面，安裝側面時(shí)脈沖閥輸入端中心不應低于分氣箱側面中心線(xiàn)以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時(shí)脈沖閥輸出端應安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。

4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應小于18左右，開(kāi)孔為∶8-32mm(遠小近大），噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。

5、特別提醒:安裝電磁脈沖閥之前，需清除氣包、噴吹管內部及閥的配合面的一切雜質(zhì)。

6、噴吹管必須按照說(shuō)明書(shū)進(jìn)行加工。

7、為保護電磁脈沖閥，在氣包的進(jìn)氣前端安裝過(guò)濾器、調壓閥，并在氣包的底部安裝排污閥，確保提供的壓縮氣體干凈、干燥。根據運行條件定期排污。

8、根據氣包客積選擇合適的進(jìn)氣管，保證有足夠的供氣量。

9、在脈沖閥噴吹時(shí)，因壓氣流90°轉彎慣性沖擊，脈沖閥進(jìn)氣連接部位易松動(dòng)脫離，因此在脈沖閥進(jìn)氣口連接部位設定位鋼圈，防止脈沖閥因慣性沖擊而松動(dòng)，并準確保證安裝位置。

10、安裝時(shí)只要操作各組件壓緊螺母，可在水平方向前后移動(dòng)操作，安裝維修方便，確保緊固螺桿平衡受力擰緊，防止安裝不平衡損壞脈沖閥。

11、在安裝或搬運電磁脈沖閥時(shí)，要求輕拿輕放，杜絕野蠻操作。

12、每個(gè)控制回路只能控制一個(gè)電磁脈沖閥。

13、電磁脈沖閥安裝后，不允許再對氣包及相關(guān)的法蘭。連接嗜吹管進(jìn)行焊接。防止焊渣或者瞬問(wèn)高溫燙傷膜片。

14、電磁脈沖閥的脈沖信號時(shí)間長(cháng)，導致閥不能及時(shí)關(guān)閉，噴吹不正常，浪費氣源。建議使用的脈沖寬度在80ms~150ms

15、在較寒冷地區，需對電磁脈沖閥進(jìn)行適當的保溫。

16、在拆裝電磁脈沖閥之前，必須排凈氣包里的壓縮空氣。
